Please note that all returns must be in new, resalable condition. Used, customized, and items marked "Final sale." are not eligible for refund and will either be donated to our local shelter or discarded.
If you would like to make a return, submit a return label request form and we will email you a label that you can print and attach to the package with your item(s).
If you don't have access to a printer, write down your invoice number and contact information on a piece of paper. Pack the page along with the item(s) you are returning and mail the package to:

Please pack and label your package carefully to ensure that the item(s) will arrive safely and securely. Don't forget to include your contact information and invoice number in the box with your return! This will help us process your return and refund more quickly.
Upon receipt, we will promptly refund your credit card, as long as the item(s) is/are in new, resalable condition. Note that a $5.00 return shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your refund, if you use our return label.
Important: Custom engraved items and items with attached nameplates are not returnable. Please double-check sizing and custom engraving information before placing your order of a customized item!
If we determine that an item is not eligible for return, we will either donate to our local shelter or discard. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

To streamline the process of managing exchanges, if you need a different size, style, or color, please return the original order and reorder the correct item.
